The curriculum enables academic learning in sync with real life application, helping students develop industry specific expertise along with general managerial skills.

We prepare our students to work for the global industry by imbibing global knowledge and cognizance in their regular learning through guest lectures, exchange programs, travelling studios, projects and internships.



The domains that our students can work in vary from quantity surveying to project management to strategy & consulting, research, transactions, sales, business development, valuation, facility management, design management and more. 

PLACEMENT PROCESS AND KEY DATES

Placement process for recruiting our students:

  1. If your organization has any requirements - we would request you to share recruitment requirements in your organization – no. of people needed, location, department, remuneration based on which student profiles would be shared in brief and detailed format.
  2. We will send the detailed Student Information Matrix sheet, wherein you would be able to do the following: (a) view candidate details shortlisted by us based on your preferences (b) accept recommendations or shortlist other candidates (c) view detailed interests/projects of all students (d) suggest interview date/time and mode of selection such as telephonic interview or physical interview at your office or the School campus.
  3. We would then like to invite you for pre-placement talks and/or interviews at our Noida & Mumbai campus starting November/December.
  4. After evaluating potential candidates for required roles, we would request you to give offer letters to selected candidates.

*Please note that the start and end dates for placement are tentative and subject to confirmation in due course, depending on dates of semester exams. While several firms will be simultaneously shortlisting students, the organization that confirms the placement offer first, will have the first right on the selected student.
