Mr. Aritra Pal is associated with RICS School of Built Environment as an Assistant Professor since July 2017. Prior to this, he was working with L&T Construction as an Assistant Manager since 2011, handling the responsibility of planning in charge, managing time and cost deliverables for water supply and Infrastructure development projects in India and Gulf and has been consistently rated as a star performer. He has a vast industry experience in Construction Economics, Project finance, Cost Management, Project Planning & Control etc. He also have special expertise on Construction Project Forensic Delay analysis and Contract Claim Management.  He was involved in L&T’s in house training programmes on Construction Project Management topics.
 
He received his Master Degree in Construction Technology & Management from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2015. He has worked on various projects related to Sustainability, Lean Construction etc. in association with IIT Delhi. He is also an active member of Indian BIM Association (IBIMA) from 2018.

  • M.Tech in Construction Technology & Management form IIT Delhi sponsored by L&T Construction as a part of Build India Scholarship.

  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.

  • He is having total 4 years of relevant experience in construction project planning & control, Cost Management, Project finance etc.
  • He has worked as a planning Engineer in L&T Construction, India for 2 years & has worked as Planning In charge of a Large Infrastructure Development Project in L&T Oman LLC for 2 years.
  • He has conducted several in house training programme inside L&T construction.
  • He has also worked as a teaching assistant at IIT Delhi.
