Col. G. K. Grover (Retd) is Professor Emeritus, School of Real Estate.

Prior to that, he was Regional Manager (North), responsible for DLF Commercial Complexes

(Offices) for Delhi , Noida & Chandigarh .  In addition, he was also all India Head , Purchase for DLF Commercial Complexes ( Offices), DLF Utilities Limited

During his tenure with DLF, he commissioned many new office complexes such as  IT Park, Noida , DLF Towers, Jasola , DLF Tower, Shivaji Marg & Prime Tower, Okhla.

 He is a Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 & Internal Auditor for EMS & OHSAS 18001. As Management Representative for the DLF Commercial Complexes for 10 years, he was instrumental in implementing ISO 9001:2000 & then upgraded  it to Integrated Quality , Safety , Health & Environmental System ( ISO 9001,ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)  in 2008. He has also trained in BS/ISO/IEC 27001:2005 & has been on the Accredition Committee of BSI.

He worked in conjunction with IBM on a pilot project to plan & implement for DLF,  an Intelligent Digital Video Security & Surveillance System & later executed Security Projects covering CCTV & Access Control Systems etc. for the DLF Commercial complexes in the Delhi /NCR.

Prior to joining DLF ,he was in Indian Army. He participated in 1971 Indo Bangladesh War as an Engineer Platoon Commander. His combat experience includes graduating from Defence Services Staff  College , Wellington leading to an MSc Degree in Defense Studies ; Senior Command Course ; holding the prestigious appointments of Command of an Engineer Regiment in Delhi , Director  Organizations at Army Headquarters, Brigade Major of an Infantry Brigade.

Professor Grover graduated in Civil Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur  (1968) and did his  Master’s degree in   Building Engineering & Management  from School of Planning & Architecture , Delhi (1995) with Distinction. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers
  • Masters of Science in Defence Studies from University of Madras.
  • Master’s degree in Building Engineering & Management from School of Planning & Architecture.
  • Graduated in Civil Engineering from MBM Engineering College.
