Dr. T.P. Singh, FDP alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, holds a PhD in the area of finance from Kumaun University, Nainital, India. Dr. Singh’s teaching and research interests include- Affordable Housing, Smart Cities, Circular Economy, Applications of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Asset Management, Socially Responsible/ Impact Investing, Sustainability and Renewable Energy.

He has been in academics for more than 17 years and served prestigious Indian as well as foreign universities namely Coventry University (UK) in Mauritius, Lancaster University (UK) in India. Currently he is working with RICS School of Built Environment, Noida as faculty member and delivers courses in the area of finance, strategy and law to MBA students.

His researches are published in several International as well as Indian scholarly journals such as as Journal of Surveying, Construction & Property (JSCP), Housing, Care and Support, Journal of Global Responsibility, Journal of Surveying, Construction & Property, Gumbad Business Review, Management Insight, and other scholarly journal.

Dr. Singh also completed various industry sponsored projects such as ‘Renewable Energy: Technologies and Global Markets’ for BCC Research, USA, ‘Benchmark Study of Global Affordable Housing Cases’ for HDFC Capital Advisors, India, ‘Exploring Potential Challenges of Indian Handicraft Industry with special reference to Brassware Industry in Moradabad’ for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Inida.

As a corporate trainer, He has trained and assisted several executives by classroom deliveries and provided consultancy on various industry-led projects. He has been the key resource person in various MDPs on the topics such as: Emerging Financing Models, Start-up Financing and Valuation, Applications of Technology in Built Environment, Finance for Finance Managers, Mortgage Finance & Capital Markets. He also delivers various courses in Emerging Leaders’ Program by RICS, India for executives and working professionals.
