Mr. Kaushik Bhattacharjee is a construction professional having rich & diverse experience across the life cycle of construction project. He has done high-rise skyscrapers in the heart of Mumbai and worked as Assistant Construction Manager in Mega Projects. He has been consistently rated as a star performer in L&T. He has a vast industry experience in Construction Execution, Project Cost Management, Project Planning & Control, Micro scheduling, Formwork management, etc.

Mr. Kaushik Bhattacharjee had worked as a Tower In-charge in L&T at OMKAR 1973(skyscraper), project. He had achieved the record cycle time of 100 hours for a floor through DOKA formworks in OMKAR 1973 and did 6 floors in a single month. He has in depth knowledge and experience in micro scheduling and resource management. After his post-graduation he again joined L&T and worked as an acting project manager for a 25 lakh sqft NTA (tower footprint) area in Oberoi Sky-City Project. Before leaving L&T he was working as Cluster Progress and Cost Coordinator through 4D & 5D BIM in APTIDCO project in Andhra Pradesh.
Research Interests:
  • BIM, Lean Construction, Sustainable structure, Digitalization of Construction etc.

Achievements: Mr. Kaushik Bhattacharjee has also won ‘ACCE- NIRMANA NIRVAHANE PURUASKARA Presentation for the year 2017’ for his thesis on “Implementation of 4D & 5D BIM in Indian Construction”.
