Students had the privilege to attend a guest lecture on "Financial Management and Relative Cost of Construction," as part of their course on Project Cost Control and Commercial Management.

The session, conducted by Prof. Dr. VPS Nihar Nanyam, PhD, MRICS from London Metropolitan University in online mode, delved into how effective financial management is essential in ensuring that construction projects stay on budget and schedule. Prof. Nanyam also highlighted the impact of various contracts on construction costs and profitability, emphasizing the importance of financial planning in mitigating risks and driving long-term success.
