RICS SBE conducted an International Leadership Lecture on 17th September 2020 with Guest Speaker Mr. James Law JP, an architect hailing from Hong Kong who pursued Architecture from London. He founded Cybertecture with the vision of designing and providing affordable innovations in the living space category. He has won Innovations Awards, Architect Awards, and his company Cybertecture is also an Award-winning Company. He is a Justice of the Peace, Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum; a Council Member of World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Design & Innovation; Board Member of the Hong Kong Design Centre, Board Adviser of the Hong Kong Designers Association, and Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council Real Estate Advisory Board. He started with his familiarity with India as he has worked in Mumbai in 2010 and highlighted various aspects of Mumbai City which made him feel like home in an architectural perspective like closed and costly living spaces.
