Ashwini Dharmarajan MBA CPM 2015-17 Placed at Turner & Townsend
Ashwini joined T&T as a Cost Manager and was put on a Graduate Training Programme (GDP). She performed exceedingly well and went on to win the Graduate of the Year Award in 2018.
She was then hand-picked by Vincent Clancy, Chairman & CEO, Turner & Townsend to serve on the Chairman’s group in London for a year. She did an impressive job there and we are proud to announce that she was selected as the Vice-chair to the Chairman’s group. According to Ameya Gumaste MRICS, Country Manager, Turner & Townsend, “This is extremely rare accolade for someone at Turner & Townsend, not just in India, but in Asia. This is a first for us, as she is the first one from Asia to become a Vice-Chair and Ashwani Dharamarajan has done that in such a short span of time!” In order for her to fast track her career, Turner & Townsend has put her on a Global Mobility Programme and she’s now based in Canada working at their office there. It is projected that in the next 3 years she is slated to become and associate director at Turner & Townsend. We wish her well in her future endeavours! Keep making us proud.
