I wanted to be a Good team player and wanted to manage the work by delivering a good quality service which I am now able yo achieve it with the help of the guidance provided by our RICS SBE faculty members.

Any advice to students considering joining RICS SBE?
RICS SBE is a platform for the students which will help them to understand the industry requirements and able you relate it with the practical execution of any construction project. This is a specialized platform which will help you to upgrade and develop your personality skills. I recommend students to go for this platform for a better future

How did the MBA program at RICS SBE help you?
The Construction Project Management Program helped me to identify the requirements of the industry and made me clear about the career goals and vision to become a successful Project Manager.

How was life at RICS SBE? (Campus, faculty, activities, events)
Campus was well organized with the best faculties who all were having the industry experience in the field of construction. RICS SBE also has different events in terms of entertainment, knowledge and culture.

Share experiences from work life.
I am working in this company as BIM Specialist-Construction. The work environment is good and I can relate my studies with the practical application while delivering the services.

What was your experience while studying at RICS SBE?
RICS SBE provides a better enhancement in the field of communication, technologies, current trends in the market. RICS SBE is one of the platforms where you can able to identify the industry requirements and to provide a built environment across the nation.

What were you doing before coming to RICS SBE?
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.

Where did you get placed?
I got placed at Capricot Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Where did you intern? How did the internship help you?
I have done my internship in Maha - Metro Rail Corporation of India where I was working under the Client. This internship made relate the gap which occurs in the Construction industry during the delivery of any project. It also made me to easily understand the industry workflow and standards due to the guidance from RICS SBE.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I see myself to lead a BIM team for implementation and delivering the BIM Project and Managing the workflow to deliver the project with better quality, less time and less cost from the feasibility stage towards the handover of the project
