Any advice to students considering joining RICS SBE? If you are looking forward to working as a professional in the industry, then you should go for it. How did the MBA program at RICS SBE help you? The program helped me understand the workflow of any kind of business in development and real estate industry giving a 360-degree view of actual scenarios that happen around in the real world, as the course emphasizes not only on the area of focus but also the subjects which help us developing a skill of an entrepreneur. How was life at RICS SBE? (Campus, faculty, activities, events) Life at RICS SBE is not only about academics but also the events that keep happening around the school, where you not only enjoy with your friends but also the faculties, who work as a mentor to groom you for the life ahead. Share experiences from work life. In last one year, I have enjoyed each day of my work by maintaining a work-life balance, somewhere I had learned this working on my assignments in RICS SBE. What was your experience while studying at RICS SBE? The overall experience at RICS SBE has been extremely overwhelming for me. The curriculum and the electives have helped us in the overall growth and development. It has helped me to be industry ready and groomed to understand ethics and professionalism along with the technicalities that are required for one to survive in this long race. What were you doing before coming to RICS SBE? I had just completed my civil and joined as a fresher to RICS SBE. Where did you get placed? I got placed with CBRE, Gurgaon Where did you intern? How did the internship help you? Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering and Construction Pvt. Ltd. The internship helped me understand and manage multiple tasks with my team and to be a good team player. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? In a position where my team and I make strategic decisions for the company.
