Moksh Bansal MBA CPM (2017-2019) Placed at DLF LTD. I belong to the holy city- Haridwar and did my schooling from there itself. My father works in the private sector and my mother is a homemaker. I have one elder sister, who is also a post-graduate in construction management. I get my motivation to work in the construction industry from my sister.
Any advice to students considering joining RICS SBE? My advice to students for joining RICS SBE is that if you are committed about working in this industry and want to know the inside reality of the industry, this course will surely be valuable. The bookish knowledge you studied in your B.tech or other courses will transform here in practical terms. How did the MBA program at RICS SBE help you? This program helps in both ways, enhances technical and personal skills. I learned how to work in a team, and to manage them. The presentations were interesting and fun to be part of. We acquired through unique methods. So altogether, this program helps me in evolving a promising professional individual for the industry from every viewpoint. How was life at RICS SBE? (Campus, faculty, activities, events) Life at RICS SBE was great. Apart from my studies, I participated in many events and performed that helped me in showcasing my cultural talents and sports skills. Even the faculty participates in the events with the students. There are so many clubs, which you can join according to your interest. Campus life also adds up to the fun. The discussion we do in the syndicate room is no less than any reality talk show. What was your experience while studying at RICS SBE? My experience while studying at RICS SBE was very delightful as the stack of knowledge and information we receive from our faculty is magnificent. They are always ready to assist and encourage us for the betterment and share their experiences of the industry which helps in understanding the speculative aspects into the practicality of the construction industry. What were you doing before coming to RICS SBE? Before RICS SBE, I did my graduation in civil engineering. Where did you get placed? I got placed in DLF Ltd. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? In the next 5 years, I see myself as a professional who is dealing with the leading clients of the company while giving the best of my ability to the company and learning the virtues extensively which are needed in the industry for better work performance.
