The aim of the site visit was to lend students a practical exposure of how things work at a construction site. The students got an insight into marketing practices, pricing strategies and how construction at an actual site happens. Faculty members Mr. Ashish Gupta MRICS, Mr. Satish Bajaj MRICS and Ms. Reema Bali accompanied the students to the site. It’s worth a mention that this site visit had a truly global representation of RICS with RICS SBE faculty from India, Devina Ghildial, Managing Director, RICS South Asia along with HR Partner Ms. Lisa Youde from Singapore, and HR Advisor Jeena Philip from Australia joining the students.
