DTV Raghu Rama Swamy MRICS will be the Acting Director for School of Construction in Noida campus till the time the new appointment is made. The process of selection is in the last phase.

Dr. Anil Sawhney’s contribution has been invaluable in shaping the School. He is an epitome of great leadership, mentorship and intelligence. His unparalleled contribution in research, academics and training will always be cherished by everyone at School. Talking about Dr Sawhney's role in shaping the School, Dean Emeritus KT Ravindran said, Anil’s spirit to face challenges heads-on have steered us through many storms. We are definitely going to miss his positivity, proactivity and perfection.

My journey at RICS SBE began when it was just an idea. From that point of time to where we are now, we have come a long way. It was an upward journey all the while just like a take-off from the ground. Now, the nose of this aircraft is at level while it’s gliding higher and higher each day. Great new things are still to come, shared Dr. Sawhney in his farewell speech while fondly remembering his journey at the School.

His message to his students, who have always adored him as a professor and had arranged for a lovely farewell, was, I am an ordinary professor who has been put on a pedestal and worshipped. It makes me sad to leave you.  It took me a lot of time and effort to think of moving on.  I have spent one of the most memorable times of my life here and I have learned so much not just from my colleagues, but from all of you as well. It’s been a privilege to teach you. I would love to stay connected and hear about your further adventures, at SBE and beyond!
