Second semester students of MBA (Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure) went through a practical learning session at The Svelte Hotel & Personal Suites (A Radisson Individual Hotel) at Saket Delhi.

Students explored this unique hotel for design, appointment of rooms, concept of long stay hotels, complexities of hotels being part of a large shopping mall, basic performance metrics of the hotels, and operational challenges. We express our gratitude to Ms. Maneesha Bajpai, General Manager of The Svelte Hotel, and her team, for being a gracious host and making significant contributions in the learning process through this site visit.
