Tanisha has always wanted to be in the built environment sector. She choose to do a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. However, she had a desire to gain a deeper understanding of project management and its workings. She found the teaching methodology extremely distinct at RICS SBE. The class work, self-work and even the assignments given to her worked to her advantage as she gained lots of hand-on experience and good insights on Construction Project Management, Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure. She is excited that the curriculum prepared her for the real-world challenges. During her course, she had the good fortune of interning at JLL Mena, Dubai. During her two months’ internship, she found how her academics course and the internship gelled together to empower her to be better at what she’s always dreamed of doing. She has been placed with JLL Mena, Dubai and is looking forward to excelling in this field. She plans on climbing the corporate ladder and eventually becoming a MRICS [Member of RICS].
