Mr Ashwani Awasthi, Managing Director, RICS School of Built Environment expects the Prime Minister to achieve his target of a making India a 5 trillion dollar economy by 2024 for which he expects the Government to invest in the education sector and also incentivize the education institutions with a tax relief mechanism.
