How to apply
The admission process for PG and UG programs commences from January/ February. Application form is available on payment of Rs.1,500/- Applicants can apply online through - https://www.ricssbe.org/applynow/

The University Grants Commission of India (UGC India) is a statutory body set up by the Indian Union government under the UGC Act 1956 and is charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education.
PMI-GAC has accredited 125+ programmes globally across 65+ institutions. MBA Construction Project Management from RICS School of Built Environment is the first-ever programme accredited by PMI-GAC in India.
The Ministry of Urban Development supports the initiatives taken by RICS and has requested relevant ministries and departments to provide necessary support for skilled manpower in the built environment sector.

Please read the application process carefully before filling out the admissions form. If you don't adhere to the application guidelines, your application can be incomplete or delayed.
Note: Application form will only be available for a limited time, so we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
- MBA CPM/CEQS/REUI or PGDFM
- Candidates are required to fill and submit the application form online containing required documents and a recent passport size color photo.
- Payment for the form can be done online via credit/debit card at a fee of INR 1500/- for Noida campus and waived off (Mumbai campus)
- Candidates for the Non-Sponsored (NS) category are eligible only if they have a bachelor’s degree (agg. 50%) with minimum score of MAT – 500/GMAT – 500/CMAT – 150/NMAT – 200/75 Percentile in CAT/XAT.
- Candidates for the Sponsored (S) category are eligible only if they have a bachelor’s degree (agg. 50%) with minimum score of MAT – 450/GMAT – 450/CMAT – 100/NMAT – 150/65 Percentile in CAT/XAT.
- All eligible candidate will appear for personal interviews in an online/offline manner on the Amity Campus.
- BBA Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure
Candidates are required to fill and submit application form online containing required documents and a recent passport size color photo.
Candidates can also apply provisionally while they await 10+2 results by uploading soft copy of Class 10 Mark Sheet but would be required to submit 10+2 results once received.
Payment for the form can be done online via credit/debit card at a fee of INR 1500/- for Noida campus and waived off (Mumbai campus)
Eligibility Criteria for Non-Sponsored Category is 60% agg. in 10+2 and for Sponsored Category, 55% agg. in 10+2. Candidates should have passed in all subjects of 10+2 from a recognized board.
Aggregate Percentage will be calculated based on marks scored in English and three academic subjects (excluding second language, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or any other Vocational/Non-Written subjects).
All eligible candidate will appear for personal interviews in an online/offline manner on the Amity Campus.
Admission Information and Updates
Candidates are advised to keep a regular check on Admission Microsite for all Admission related updates.
Results of the Admission Process (tests, interviews, etc.) will be intimated to the candidates through the Admission Microsite itself.
Candidates will only receive a soft copy of the Admission Letter and no hard copy will be issued; hence they are requested to go through the same meticulously and act accordingly.
