Future Scape 2026 | Delhi NCR Chapter
Prof. Ashish Gupta and Prof. Triveni Prasad Nanda, along with students from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, attended the Future Scape 2026 Exhibition and Knowledge Conclave organized by the Global Association for Corporate Services (GACS Foundation) at Welcome Hotel by ITC, Gurugram.
The event brought together senior leaders from JLL, Cognizant, Uber, BlackRock, Adobe, Concentrix, UnitedHealth Group, and more, creating a rich platform for meaningful dialogue across four thought-provoking panel discussions
The AI panel pushed past the surface level. Leaders from Cognizant and UBER spoke about where AI is actually being deployed in workplace and facilities management and not where it might be someday, but where it is right now. The risk and business continuity discussion added another layer , panelists from Adobe and Prime Net Global made the point that physical infrastructure decisions are now tied directly to cybersecurity and operational resilience.
The GCC panel offered valuable insights into how Global Capability Centres are driving demand for Grade A office spaces, sustainable interiors, and advanced facility management areas that closely align with the future of the built environment. And the mass transit panel covering RRTS and Metro corridors was a reminder of how deeply infrastructure decisions shape real estate, workplace planning, and urban development across the Delhi NCR region.
We extend our sincere gratitude to GACS for this opportunity. Engaging directly with industry leaders and understanding real-world perspectives is invaluable and platforms like these serve as catalysts for meaningful, future-focused conversations that influence the evolution of the built environment
