Triveni Prasad Nanda
Assistant Professor
Built Environment Policy & Infrastructure Specialist | Construction Governance | Procurement & Housing Systems | Consulting & Research
I work at the intersection of construction governance, procurement systems, and housing policy, with a focus on improving how infrastructure and housing projects are delivered in emerging economies.
With over 10 years of experience across academia, industry, and policy-oriented consulting, I bring a hybrid perspective that combines research, on-ground execution, and stakeholder engagement.
In my current role as Assistant Professor at RICS School of Built Environment, I lead teaching and research in construction contracts, dispute resolution, and procurement systems. Alongside academia, I have contributed to policy and consulting initiatives on housing systems and construction technologies, including projects supported by institutions such as ICRIER and the Ford Foundation.
I have also delivered executive training programs for senior professionals across leading infrastructure firms (including DLF, GMR, and Kalpataru Power), focusing on contract management and dispute resolution in complex project environments.
My earlier experience as a Project in-charge in real estate development involved construction quality control, contract management, and coordination across design and execution teams, grounding my work in practical project realities.
I am particularly interested in roles and collaborations that focus on housing systems, infrastructure governance, procurement reform, and sustainable urban development.
