He is a construction industry professional with 35 years experience and Founder , Principal Consultant for " Mothe Associates" a Contract management consulting firm. After post graduation in civil engineering from I.I.T. Madras in 1985 worked in N.I.T. Warangal as lecturer for two years. Joined Central Engg. services getting selected for Indian Engg. Services. Worked for various projects and associated with planning , execution of major projects holding various positions. Worked in SEW Infrastructure Ltd. heading the Contracts division and dealt with construction contracts administration . Also worked in NCC Ltd. Specialized in construction contract management and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures like Arbitrations, DRBs ,conciliations etc. Dealt contracts of varied types of works - LS and EPC contracts.

Conversant with FIDIC contracts, techno legal issues pertaining to valuations of variations , deviations , extra items etc. Familiar with various domestic and international institutional arbitration rules and mechanisms . An expert in delay analysis and its methodologies.

Got a degree in Law and obtained a PGDip.in Construction management and PG Dip. in ADR from NALSAR. Awarded Ph.D. in contract management on fair compensation for delay claims.

Attended various national , international seminars , conferences and presented 50 papers besides publication in reputed journals. A visiting faculty to prestigious training and teaching institutes like NICMAR, ESCI , NAC , Manipal Law school, ICSI and Amity University for delivering lectures on contract management and dispute resolution topics. Member in Board of studies (BoS) Dept. of Civil Engg. Osmania University and member Academic Advisory Board ( AAB) of Amity University , RICS SBE. Member in Doctoral Advisory Committee (DAC) Manipal Law School. Also Member in Board of Studies (BoS) NICMAR University Hyderabad.

Authored a book titled" Infrastructure Contracts and Management " published by Asia Law House Hyderabad. Awarded 'Engineer of the year' for 2022 by Institution of Engineers Telangana State center. Received Vishwa Karma Award (2023) from CIDC . Empaneled as Arbitrator in ICA , CIAC , IIT Arb. Opened a You Tube Channel with Lecture Series on Infrastructure Contracts Management ( Youtube.Com/ @InfraContractsGuru).
