Any advice to students considering joining RICS SBE?
RICS SBE is the best choice for doing bachelors and master’s degree as the course curriculum is very much in line with the construction industry. It's one of the best decisions to join RICS SBE as it provides great opportunities to showcase your skills w.r.to academics as well as other curricular activities like seminars, guest lectures, sports, cultural. Joining RICS SBE will make you gain experience in dealing people with different mindsets through teamwork activities and assignments and gives you an idea of how the professional life or culture would be when students step into the construction industry.

How did the MBA program at RICS SBE help you?
It helped me in improving my managerial skills and could get Deputy Manager position in Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt LTD through campus placements with a good package. I could take up the course that was a nightmare for me and now excelling in that area.

How was life at RICS SBE? (Campus, faculty, activities, events)
I enjoyed every class, subject. RICS SBE has the finest faculties with a sound knowledge on various sectors. They are very cooperative and motivating. The events that happened in RICS are commendable. And of course, I could make many friends who are now in good positions in various reputed firms. I could make a lot of memories.

Share experiences from work life.
It’s a dream come true to work with Egis India as it allows me to showcase my skills at various platforms and provide opportunities to explore, develop and execute my leadership skills. The company focuses on young talent and grooms them in all aspects and drives them to take initiatives so that employees can take up managerial roles. What was your experience while studying at RICS SBE?
Since I had gained experience of 3 years before joining for my masters, it was easy for me to grasp things and visualize things. After attaining my MBA degree, I am now confident to handle some challenging projects and able to take some key decisions.

What were you doing before coming to RICS SBE?
Before joining RICS SBE, I was working in L&T for 3 years in QA/QC Department. I had worked on 2 large scale prestigious Residential projects at Bengaluru.

Where did you intern? How did the internship help you?
I did my internship in L&T Bengaluru. I could explore the areas that are the backbone for any kind of project such as Planning, Contracts and QS. My internship is currently making my work easier.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I would like to see myself as a Project Manager handling milestone projects.
