Organized under the adept guidance of faculty members like Mr. Saurabh Verma, Mr. Ameet Sao, Dr. TP Singh and Mr. Amit Kumar, the visit helped the students to understand the leasing strategy to adopt for a mixed-use property via the LIVE case study of Assotech Business Cresterra.
The site-visit also gave the students an opportunity to experience for themselves the service level quality of facilities management, and was hosted by Mr. Ashok Gupta, Sales & Marketing specialist at Assotech Realty Pvt. Ltd. Assotech Business Cresterra is a LEED Gold Certified building complex, which has been developed as a mixed-use property. The phase 1 of the property comprises of Hospitality & Retail area and phase 2 of Grade-A Office Space. The hospitality partner for the property is Lemon Tree, which is providing services like residence, conference rooms, and health & wellness.
