Ashwani Awasthi, Managing Director, RICS School of Built Environment- It's a budget that prioritises growth. The Union Budget prioritised student access, delivering a boost to the pandemic-affected education sector. It was recommended that the current PM eVidya Scheme be expanded, and that a Digital University be established.
