RICS qualifications got the recognition of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, GOI, in the year 1975 but the organization’s full-fledged operations in India began in December 2008, with a mission to work towards elevating the benchmark of professional performance in the Indian real estate industry and to bring in international standards and best practices. Today, RICS has offices in Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore. In span of these years, taking small steps towards accomplishment of our mission, we have made a big impact on the industry.
