Dr. Sonali Samuel Joglekar is an Academician with diverse experience in Management Education for delivering courses to Masters in Management Studies and PGDM students and professionals in the area of Human Resource Management. Subjects like Business Communication, Organizational Behaviour, HRM, Performance Management Systems, HRP & Audit, Compensation and Benefit, Global HRM, Competency Based HRM were taught at Post graduation level.
Conducted Trainings and workshops for corporates like Insurance Institute of India, Techsignia and SASMIRA in the area of Leadership, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management and other Soft skills modules. Organised MDP for the corporates and FDP for the faculty members.
