Ms. Aditi Sonawane

Ms. Aditi Sonawane is an academician with over 10 years of teaching experience in Civil Engineering, mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Built Environment.
She has been associated with MIT ADT University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Project and Construction Management and has also served as a Board of Studies (BoS) member for MIT ADT University and Symbiosis Skills and Professional University.
Along with academics, she has actively contributed as an Exam Coordinator, Academic Monitoring Coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, and Conference Organizer, including successfully coordinating national-level conferences with significant recognition.

She has completed her B.E (Civil Engineering) from University of Mumbai. And Master’s in (Construction Engineering & Management) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Ms. Aditi Sonawane brings over 10 years of teaching experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, having served as an Assistant Professor across reputed institutions. She has taught at MIT College of Management, Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, Thakur College of Engineering & Technology.

Research Interests:

Her academic and research interests span construction contracts and claims, project planning and control, and digitalization in construction. She has authored and presented several national and international research papers, including publications in Scopus-indexed journals, with recent work focusing on the application of Artificial Intelligence in addressing cost and time overruns in construction projects.
