On 16th September, the RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, hosted global leaders from RICS UK for an impactful DEI Leadership Panel Discussion with our faculty, staff, and students.
The discussion offered rich perspectives on DEI in the Indian context — spanning gender, caste, language, region, and socioeconomic diversity. The panel also sensitized students about their role in achieving DEI ethos in the classrooms and at workplaces.
Our heartfelt thanks to Sybil Taunton and Tomi Ayede for their inspiring contributions, reminding us that DEI is not just about policy but about intent, empathy, and meaningful action.
🙏 A special thanks to Ashwani Awasthi Sir and Shiv Prasad Singh MRICS sir for organising this session. Your support ensured it became a truly meaningful experience of reflection, learning, and renewed commitment to inclusion for our community.
📸 Sharing a glimpse from this memorable day — a reminder that meaningful dialogue is the first step toward creating inclusive society.
