The School of Real Estate has started Leadership Series program under which leaders from industry visit the school and interact with students sharing their experiences and learnings from the industry. The programme aims at bridging down the gap between what is taught in classroom and what is expected from the employees by the employer.
We wish to make our students industry ready professionals and this programme is one step in this direction. Mr. Rohit Raj Modi visited the school on October 07, 2015. He addressed students and faculty members on"Best practices to create differentiation in Real Estate Housing"
Mr. Modi explained how important is to understand the brand power and to define the niche segment. The niche segment could be defined on the basis of demographics, value chain, theme, geography and product type. Mr. Bansal explained the outlook of capital market of India and his prognosis for the real estate sector.
