RICS School of Built Environment hosted Mr. Sourabh Moulick, Head – Channel Partner Business (North Zone), L&T Realty, for an enriching guest lecture on the evolving landscape of luxury real estate.
Mr. Moulick explained what constitutes true luxury in today’s market and highlighted the key micromarkets that are driving demand for luxury residential properties. He also walked students through the complete process of luxury real estate marketing and sales, sharing practical and experience-based insights.
He emphasised the notable post-COVID shifts in buyer preferences, including changes in demand patterns, unit configurations, and pricing trends within the luxury segment.
The session was highly interactive, with Mr. Moulick engaging students in meaningful discussions and reinforcing the importance of market research for aspiring real estate professionals.
