An insightful Guest Lecture on “Overview of Project Management Consultancy (PMC): Roles, Responsibilities and Stakeholder Management.” was organized for RICS SBE, Amity University, Noida students. We were delighted to host Ms. Mridula K., Senior Manager - SYSTRA, who shared practical industry perspectives, real project challenges, and the critical role of PMOs in driving successful project delivery.
The session was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Prabal Singh, Project Management Officer and proud RICS SBE MBA alumnus, whose journey and professional experiences truly inspired our students. Seeing our alumni grow, succeed, and give back to the learning community is always a proud moment.
