Second semester students of MBA (Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure) went through a practical learning session at The Svelte Hotel & Personal Suites (A Radisson Individual Hotel) at Saket Delhi.Students explored this unique hotel for design, appointment of rooms, concept of long stay hotels, complexities of hotels being part of a large shopping mall, basic performance metrics of the hotels, and operational challenges.
