RICS SBE, Noida Campus students of MBA in Construction Project Management and MBA in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying Programs had an exciting and insightful visit to the Tughlakabad Metro Construction Site of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.
This visit offered a firsthand experience of underground metro construction work and students explored:
• Underground station facilities – Understanding station layout, utilities, and construction phases.
• Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) in action – Observing advanced tunneling technology and safety measures.
• Project execution & quality control – Learning how large-scale infrastructure projects are planned and managed.
Such hands-on exposure to real-world construction processes enhances students' technical knowledge and project management skills, preparing them for future industry challenges.
