Site Visit

At RICS School of Built Environment, students gain first-hand exposure to industry practices by engaging directly with leading organizations. As part of their Hospitality Project Valuation assignment, our students visited The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi — an icon of luxury hospitality for over five decades. The study tour offered students an in-depth understanding of both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations. They explored the hotel’s design, business fundamentals, and market dynamics, while learning how The Oberoi has consistently created value and delivered exceptional guest experiences. Executives Mr. Rohneet and Mr. Rahul from The Oberoi Hotel graciously guided the tour and patiently addressed students' queries. The interaction not only enriched students' academic learning but also gave them exposure to the intersection between hospitality operations and real estate valuation.
