RICS SBE, Noida students of MBA Construction Project Management, Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying and Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure programs had a unique learning experience during their site visits to the newly inaugurated Commercial Business District, World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The benchmark redevelopment project led by NBCC (India) Limited provides approx. 3.2 million sq ft of grade A office space across 12 towers. Students gained insights into the entire redevelopment plan, adopted construction practices and processes, and learned about the challenges encountered during this iconic project's construction. The construction and project management team of NBCC, led by Vinay Khullar, Rishu Kumari and Mr. Sai addressed the students' queries and showed the key features and amenities the World Trade Centre provides its tenants.
