Dr. Baju George - Managing Director at Overseas Keralites Investment & Holding Ltd Government of Kerala, addressed the students of RICS SBE on 2nd June 2020. During the session, he interacted on how the new initiative taken by Govt of Kerala will boost the Construction and Real Estate sector in Kerala and thereby enhance job opportunities in the state. Dr George, a highly experienced and result- oriented professional with proficiency in Project Management- Real Estate Property Management and Legal, has managed and salvaged distressed projects in politically sensitive markets. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with hands on experience in UAE, European and Indian Markets. Formerly, Dr. Baju George was Managing Director, Smart city Dubai (holding Co) & CEO (interim) Smart city Kochi. He was also Chief Strategy Advisor Smart City Korea and Project Director- Real Estate Dubai International Financial Centre Authority
