An eminent QS personality who holds an FRICS as well as FAIQS. He is the Managing Partner & Director of Qonquest Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Co-founder & Director’ at VDC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This session helped the students of RICS SBE to understand and enhance their QS knowledge and skills. He shared his understanding on Indian & International markets like the UK, Middle East, Australia & the US based on his past encounters in various especially in the field of cost consultancy and Building Information Modelling (BIM). He enlightened the students in the field of value engineering as well as risk management and towards the end of the session, the participants raised their queries especially related to claims management during this pandemic period.
