Amidst the lockdown, RICS SBE conducted an online leadership series on 8th April 2020 with Mr. Vamshi KK Nakirekanti as the speaker. He addressed the students and delivered the session on Property Valuation. He is the Executive Director, Head – Valuation and Advisory Services India & South East Asia, CBRE. Mr. Vamshi has over 18 years of experience in real estate Consulting and Valuation services, with CBRE, across various asset classes in the Indian sub-continent. He oversees the Valuation and Consulting practice of CBRE in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, including India. He has been a speaker and moderator at various valuation and real estate conferences organised by RICS, CII and other industry bodies. He is a Member of RICS, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, a Fellow of Institution of Valuers and a Chartered Engineer. His comments and articles appear in various leading newspapers and journals. He has a background in town planning and architecture and has a keen interest in finance.
