The MPD 2041 is a forward-looking plan that has been devised, keeping in view the requirement for infrastructure that has not been able to keep up with the pace of the growth of the city. It also marks a shift, with DDA acting as a facilitator and people pooling the land for redevelopment and providing amenities.
