The first case of COVID-19 was detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and within a month, the outbreak was declared as an international concern by WHO. It has been several months since the lockdown began in India, and we continue to see a growth in cases. Every country is tested for their crises management capabilities and many of them failed miserably to contain the spread, including US and Europe. India is no exception, the stringent protocols and the subsequent city-wide and state-wide lockdown of all non-essential work has severely impacted India’s economy.
