RICS SBE partners with Propstack to train students on Real Estate Data & Technology

RICS School of Built Environment (RICS SBE) has partnered with Propstack, India's leading Real Estate data, analytics and workflow solutions platform to introduce Real Estate Data & Technology, as part of the curriculum of RICS SBE, Amity University.   

This partnership will not only enable RICS SBE to impart enhanced knowledge to their students about data transparency, predictive analytics and technology usage but will also prepare students to the changing world of built environment. Propstack intends to work with RICS SBE to introduce any other products or services that will ensure that students are well prepared and better exposed to real life situations.
 
As per a recent research report, India had 77 out of 179 - the largest number of proptech start-ups in Asia Pacific. Propstack is the proptech leader in India for real estate data, analytics and workflow solutions. Besides, private equity companies, pension funds, corporates, valuers & financial institutions, Propstack works closely with international brokerage companies and co-working firms to provide predictive analytics. While Proptech adoption has been cautious in India, it is expected to increase multi-fold in the near future. Artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart cities and 3D printing are other areas shaping proptech environment in India.
