Share your background, your childhood dreams regarding career choices, your plan for life in some detail.
My name is Kavish Yadav, I belongs to Korba, Chhattisgarh. My father is Govt employee he is working in Coal India Limited, I have one elder brother beside me.  I am qualified civil engineer and did my bachelors from my hometown as well. Since my childhood I dreamt about serving my country so I got chance to serve as civil engineer by choice,  in addition to that in my academics I gave emphasis on overall growth and industry exposure to attain my goals. So I got opportunity to work on site for few years .with my comprehensive problem solving and communication skills I got good recognition in my workplace as well in course.

My further plan in life is to transform a horizon of construction industry and serve better also if I got chance I would we much pleased in doing post studies in construction after my MBA.

What made you go for MBA in RICS SBE?
During my service after graduation I felt that I should brush up my managerial skills so I wanted to go for technical MBA course so luckily I got to know about RICS SBE from one of alumni I accumulated information about school and found it excellent for my intended career choice.

After my graduation in civil engg I was good in my technical knowledge meanwhile I was lacking somewhere in managerial skills so to brush up my techno-managerial skills I opt for MBA CPM course which would provide me dual benefit of technical as well as managerial part also overall personality growth.

How was your experience while learning at RICS SBE?
Its has been tremendous experience learning here in RICS SBE in every context that is 

• experience faculty members
• industry exposure
• job opportunity (both domestic and international)

The collective experience in school was excellent with learning and extra-curricular. I will highly recommend to aspirant who are willing to serve construction sector and real sector with their service and looking for career opportunity because:

How was your internship experience?
I did my internship in SUPERTECH LIMITED which is basically a developer firm and majorly does residential and commercial projects. During my internship I got opportunity to work in SUPERNOVA project which is one of its iconic project in Delhi NCR and its SPIRA tower is north India’s highest residential tower. There I learned about latest technology used in high rise tower and skyscraper and execution work(M80 grade of concrete and slip form work technology including DOKA shuttering) and also the documentation and BID detail in planning department.

Tell us about your placement experience?
I got placed in BALAJI INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD which is basically an infrastructure firm and specialized in pavement, road and airport projects. On the day when I was shortlisted for this company I started to visit company’s website and went through all its live projects. Interview was of two rounds GD followed by PI. In GD I put facts and figure with examples very clearly and forthrightly and my interview was based on core technical of civil engineering that is transportation and highways engineering (Super elevation, cant, WBM, WMM, pavements) for which I answered very confidently as I already would have given couple of mock interview conducted by RICS SBE which helped me out a lot.

Are you clear about your future plans?
I am very clear about my future plan. I am planning to serve my company and nation by implying latest technology and green and sustainable practices which will transform the construction industry conventional culture and putting best optimum ideas towards this so as to give best approaches and hands for making smart and efficient infrastructure.
