Aakash Garg IT Engineer MBA REUI Placed in Valuations & Consulting at CBRE
After completing my engineering from IT branch I was placed with Cognizant. Two years after working there, I lost interest and started exploring more options. That’s when I heard of RICS SBE from my father who is also in the real estate business. This institute caught my attention and I decided to specialize in the field of built environment. I had good financial and analytical skills, which got sharpened at RICS SBE. Also my internship with JLL in the valuation department helped me crack some tough questions during interview. CBRE had several rounds in the placement process. The introduction round was followed by an indepth technical interview. After which I was called for technical interview at CBRE’s office with the director. Then I cleared a written test which was followed by a final HR interview. Throughout the whole process I was guided at every step by the placement team. I owe my success to the experienced faculties and global level teaching provided at RICS SBE.
