Placed in Project Management at Knight Frank

My father is a project manager in India’s leading dewatering firm and has two decades plus experience in working in infrastructure projects. I had visited sites since childhood with him and had exposure to the working environment - since last 10 years I was also assisting him. He asked to pursue an MBA from RICS SBE as I am an organizer, strategist, and problem solver. I am glad I followed his advice.

RICS SBE has been conducive in making my learning experience productive and rich. An MBA in CPM from RICS SBE has given me a head start in my career. I applied for three companies and got my dream job profile in Knight Frank in the PMC vertical. I lead the group discussion round on the topic ‘Narendra Modi: Reality or Myth’ followed by a personal interview with the Knight Frank panel. I was questioned on cost and project management, contracts managements, my internship experience at JLL, site observations and value addition to projects.

Throughout the placement process, the faculty and mentors were helpful in providing insights and relevant information. I think they selected me because of my leadership ability, techno-managerial skills, problem solving approach, clarity in thoughts, a good combination of analytical ability and sound communication skills.
