Our students and faculty recently visited the Awfis Space Solutions Limited facility at Sector 142, Noida, where we were given an insightful tour by Vidur Agarwal and his agile team. The visit provided valuable insight into the evolving landscape of managed and flexible office spaces, which are rapidly gaining momentum in today’s commercial real estate market.
Students gained first-hand understanding of modern workspace design, operational efficiency, tenant management, and capital investments in the agile office solutions market. Such industry interactions help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business practices.
